Privacy Policy
This policy explains what happens to your information when you use WEARWISE, an iOS app made by SEVEN AM Limited Liability Company (“Seven A.M.”, “we”). WEARWISE keeps your wardrobe in an online account so it can suggest outfits from the clothes you own.
Summary

Information we process
- Account: the Apple user identifier, the display name you shared, and sign-in sessions.
- Wardrobe: photos you add, and item details such as category, colours, season, brand, size, price, notes and favourites. Photos are re-encoded on our server, so location and other metadata embedded in the original file are removed.
- Style profile: the styles, lifestyle, goals, colours and fits you choose in onboarding or in your profile.
- Outfits: outfits you save and the days you log wearing them.
- Subscription: the product, renewal status and expiry from Apple's signed transaction records.
- Usage events: product milestones stored under a one-way pseudonym rather than your account ID, without photos or item contents.
We use this information only to provide the app: to show your wardrobe, suggest and save outfits, enforce plan limits, and keep the service secure and working.
AI photo analysis
WEARWISE can suggest an item's type, colours and other details from its photo. This only happens if you switch on Analyse photos with AI in onboarding or in Profile › Privacy & data. When it is on, a downscaled copy of the item photo (no name or account details) is sent to Anthropic, PBC, which processes it under terms that do not allow training on it. When it is off, colours are detected on our own server and you choose the type yourself. Every suggestion is shown to you for review before it is saved. Outfit suggestions are made by our own rules from the items you own.
Retention
- Your account, wardrobe, photos and outfits are kept until you delete them or your account.
- Photos uploaded but never saved as an item are deleted after 24 hours.
- If you turn off Keep original photos, the unedited photo is deleted once an item with a cut-out is saved.
- Pseudonymous usage events and AI usage counters (which contain no content) are kept for up to 400 days, and security audit events for up to 730 days.
Your choices and rights
- Export: Profile › Privacy & data › Export my data creates a file with your profile, items, outfits and links to your photos.
- Delete: Profile › Privacy & data › Delete account removes your account, wardrobe, outfits and every photo. Subscriptions are billed by Apple; cancel them in Settings before deleting.
- You can delete or edit any single item or outfit at any time, and turn AI analysis off at any time.
- You can also contact us to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to processing. You may complain to your local data protection authority.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with providers that run the service for us — our hosting provider (OVH), Anthropic when AI analysis is on, and Apple for sign-in and purchases — or when the law requires it.
Security
Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Every request is checked against your account, so nobody else can read your items or photos. Sign-in tokens are kept in the iOS Keychain.
Children
WEARWISE is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change how data is processed, we will update this page and the App Store privacy label before that version is released.
