Terms of Use
These terms apply to WEARWISE, an iOS app provided by SEVEN AM Limited Liability Company (“Seven A.M.”, “we”). By using the app you accept them, together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.
The service
WEARWISE helps you catalogue the clothes you own and suggests outfits made only from those items. Suggestions and AI-detected details are guidance, not professional advice. Check them before relying on them.
Your account and content
- You sign in with Apple and are responsible for activity on your account.
- You keep all rights to the photos and information you add. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you.
- Only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not upload content that is unlawful or that shows other people without their consent.
- Do not misuse the service, for example by trying to access other users' data or by overloading or reverse engineering it.
WEARWISE Pro
- WEARWISE Pro is an auto-renewable subscription, available monthly or yearly, that raises the plan limits shown in the app. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- The free plan includes limited items, photo analyses, outfit generations and saved outfits. We may change free-plan limits, and we will not reduce what you have already paid for during a paid period.
Availability and changes
We work to keep WEARWISE available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.
Ending use
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Profile › Privacy & data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
